These solid wood art pieces are a line that is completely handmade with each and every component of the entire piece using solid hardwood. This includes the 16 hearts, the background behind the hearts, and the frame itself. Each piece in this line have a keyhole slot for easy hanging on the wall.
This specific wooden wall art is called "Box Of Hearts" #2, and was made by Colors Of The Wood. It features 16 uniquely patterned 2" hearts. Four species of wood were used in creating this piece - padauk, maple, cherry, and walnut. The hearts are padauk and walnut. The background of this particular piece has 4 rows of alternating cherry and maple wood that showcase the hearts designs. The frame features the cherry and maple wood as well. No stains or dyes were used in the hearts, the background behind the hearts, or the frame, only the natural colors of the wood.
